To better serve our tenants and further optimize our new website, East Brown Cow has officially transitioned over to a new work order system, Workspeed, as of February 28, 2022.
At the beginning of this year, East Brown Cow revealed an enhanced brand identity and a new website design that reflected our growth and longstanding commitment to providing first-class property management services. During this time, we also evaluated our existing system for service requests and looked for ways to improve the process for our tenants.
This thoughtful evaluation resulted in the transition away from our previous service request form and the adoption of the Workspeed system. Workspeed is an easy-to-use tool, allowing tenants to quickly input any service requests directly through its online portal. Tenants can submit and complete on-demand service requests from their desktop browser, or their mobile device using the Workspeed app, all while accessing status updates, workflows, and alerts in real time.
Earlier this month, East Brown Cow notified tenants of the upcoming transition from our website form to the Workspeed system and sent temporary credentials for tenants to complete registration.
